Depending on the outcome of this, we can then advise as to the options that are available to you and if appropriate how we can assist in resolving your dispute in the most cost-effective manner possible.

Often a letter from us clearly stating your position and the legal arguments underpinning it can be enough to make the other side either drop the matter entirely or take a more realistic attitude to settlement.

However, whilst we will explore every opportunity to reach settlement, sometimes it simply has to be accepted that the parties are too far apart and the matter will need to be litigated. If this happens you can be assured that we will use our experience of representing clients in both the County Court and High Court to conduct your case in the most effective and successful manner possible.

In limited cases we are able to offer our clients a no win – no fee Agreement (Conditional Fee Agreement). However the availability of such arrangements depends on the strength of the case, the ability of the opponent to meet any successful action and the availability of after the event insurance in case of an adverse decision.
